If you’re a few months in and feeling like quitting, read this first.

Most creators quit right before it works.

They post for 2 months, see mediocre numbers, and convince themselves the algorithm hates them. So they restart. New niche. New channel. New “strategy” they saw on Twitter last night.

The truth: the algorithm doesn’t push you until it trusts you. And trust takes time. Most breakthroughs happen 2 weeks past the moment you wanted to quit.

Your job in the first 60 days isn’t to go viral. It’s to give the data enough time to show you what’s working. If you change everything every week, you’re not creating. You’re stalling.

I’ve watched creators with worse hooks, worse editing, and worse work ethic outearn talented people 10x. Not because they were better. Because they stayed in one niche long enough for it to pay them.

Pick the niche. Stay in it. Trust the volume.

That’s the whole game.

Speaking of niches. Here are 3 printing right now:

Our first niche is historically.

This channel averages 3 million views every single time he posts. He only uploaded 3 times this month and still pulled 30 million views.

You can take this exact editing style and apply it to other evergreen niches. You will need a team to pull it off but once the system is running you are easily looking at 20K a month with an 80 percent profit margin.

Second niche of the week is HoopzSanity.

30 million views this month with only 18 uploads.

This is a basketball niche but what makes it stand out is the karma style editing. You can take this exact format and apply it to any other sport and it will work just as well.

One important thing though. Make sure you add a voiceover to your videos. If you ever get hit with a reused content strike you need that voiceover to appeal successfully. Without it you have no argument to stand on.

Third channel of the week is ColdFrame.

This guy took the editing style of Bolt Motivation and Peakz Motivation and applied it to YouTuber and streamer clips which was working absolutely perfectly.

But recently he started posting generic motivation clips and you can see the dip happening in real time.

Creating a pure motivation channel is the last thing you want to do right now because of how saturated the competition is.

Despite the dip I am estimating he made around 7000 dollars this month which is still really good. But imagine what the numbers looked like when he was sticking to the original format.

The lesson here is simple. When something is working do not change it.

Three niches. Pick one. Don’t overthink it.

The creators making real money in 2026 aren’t the ones with the best ideas. They’re the ones who stopped jumping. They picked a room, stayed in it, and let the data catch up.

You don’t need a new niche every week. You need to commit to one for 60 days and find out what it’s hiding.

So here’s what I want you to do:

Pick one of the three above. Open YouTube in incognito. Spend 30 minutes studying the top 10 outliers in that niche. Save them. Then go make your version.

That’s it. That’s the whole assignment.
